Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of our product and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size, if the product has been used.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll happily replace it or provide a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and send the correct item.
